CRLA Training

Benefits to program tutors:

定制导师和同伴教育者培训:同伴教育者培训可以是学术指导, mentoring, 或者其他职位是同伴协助最靠谱的网赌软件和发展.

一级认证是针对培训导师成为导师的基础知识的项目.

  • 导师必须有至少25小时的直接辅导经验.
  • 对于那些运行“开放实验室式”辅导项目的项目，多个导师在一个房间里循环, 在这种情况下，导师必须累积50小时的辅导时间
  • 10 hours of training required
  • 10小时中的6小时必须由导师-培训师(facilitator)指导
  • 10个小时中有4个小时可以自行安排时间或不受辅导员指导
  • 至少涵盖8个CRLA推荐的主题(可能会更多，以满足时间要求)

  1. Definition of tutoring and tutor responsibilities
  2. Basic tutoring guidelines (do's and don'ts)
  3. Setting goals and/or planning
  4. Communication skills
  5. Active listening and paraphrasing
  6. Referral skills
  7. Study skills

2级培训取决于项目是否保持1级培训认证.

CRLA提供同伴教育者培训认证(IPTPC:国际同伴教育者培训计划认证). CRLA将同伴教育者定义为拥有类似导师的学生. There are three levels of certification.

    • 1级50小时+ 2级25小时，共计75小时
